NEW CAR & COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SALESPERSON

We are seeking dynamic, self starting, motivated candidates for a New Car/Truck Sales Representative and Commercial Vehicle Representative.

We are looking for people who have the desire to build a career, earn great income and have the drive to build a long list of loyal customers.

Our company provides the tools and resources to:

  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all new vehicle makes and models.
  • Follow-up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, internet, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.).
  • Work with the sales managers to ensure individual and department sales goals.
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.

All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing that includes a background check and drug screen. You must also have a valid driver's license and be insurable through our insurance company.

Salespeople in our dealership average $85,000. Some lower, some higher - your income will depend on your personal organization and initiative.

Service Technician

What we're looking for:

An all-around technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas of a vehicle and who has obtained their Ford certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Diagnosis cause of any malfunction and performs repair
  • Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts
  • Communications with Service Management and Service Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner.
  • Performs job to company standards

Qualifications:

  • One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifciations a plus, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to work hard with limited supervision.
  • Must be able to manage in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens
