2023 Ford Super Duty

Six trim levels are available for the 2023 Ford Super Duty: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited. Among the new styling features are a stronger-looking hood, seven different grille options, and a softer-looking front fender. There's LED lighting to light your way down the darkest path. Other new features are bed-access steps in the bed and on the rear bumper, a lower tailgate step, and functional side air extractor vents. For some trims, you can opt for different packages, such as the Tremor Off-Road package that adds 35-inch all-terrain tires or the STX package with unique stylings and 18-inch wheels. In addition, the Sport Appearance package, including platform running boards, a dark-painted grille, and more, is also available.

The 2023 Ford Super Duty has four engine options across the various trims. A brand-new 6.8-liter V-8 engine is the standard engine, followed by a larger 7.3-liter V-8 engine with 430 horsepower and 485 pound-feet of torque. Next is the 6.7-liter V-8 Power Stroke diesel that puts out 500 horsepower and 1,200 pound-feet of torque. A brand-new High Output 6.7-liter Power Stroke is also offered. All engines are mated to a TorqShift 10-speed automatic transmission.

The 2023 Ford Super Duty has several best-in-class performance attributes, such as a maximum payload capacity of 8,000 pounds if you opt for the F-350 XL with the Heavy-Duty Payload Package. If you choose a properly equipped Super Duty F-450 and a gooseneck trailer, you can tow up to an impressive 40,000 pounds. You can also select the Smart Hitch that helps you when hooking up to a trailer.

The 2023 Ford Super Duty offers an enjoyable driving experience thanks to features such as cloth seating and vinyl flooring that make for a functional work truck. You can also choose luxurious options like a leather-wrapped interior with heated seats. There are infotainment options like the standard 8-inch touchscreen display standard or an upgrade to a 12-inch display, along with an optional Wi-Fi hotspot to keep everyone entertained and connected. The Super Duty can even include a premium Bang & Olufsen sound system.

Ford knows how important safety and driver-assistance features can be when purchasing a heavy-duty truck for work and play. Standard safety systems include automatic emergency braking, a high-strength frame, and an advanced airbag system. Optional features include adaptive cruise control with a lane-centering function and a lane departure warning with a lane-keeping assist system. Other features depend on the trim level you choose and can include front and rear brake assist, pro trailer hitch assist, and a full-color head-up display.
